"Hiring David as a coach was one of the best decisions i made. I was always afraid to step into the gym but when I met with David he gave me the confidence to improve and better myself.

The training program David set out for me was very enjoyable and it helped me towards my goal of adding lean muscle mass. He simplified the science behind everything, and would break down every exercise on how it would develop my physique. After 8 weeks i noticed massive changes in my physical and mental well being and my confidence had went sky high. 

I appriecate all David done for me, as he went above and beyond to guide me throughout.

I have been with David for over a year and all I can say is that I'm delighted with him as my personal trainer; I've hit my personal best in weight and measurements and never felt better. I found training with David extremely enjoyable. He always motivated me to perform to the best of my ability and i always enjoy the sessions he has planned out. In regards to nutrition, the plan David provided was really beneficial in keeping me on track towards my goals. 

I was quite apprehensive about starting the gym and training, however since hiring David as a coach i have felt more confident and happy with how i feel as well as look!

The service David has provided have been nothing but amazing and i cant wait to improve even more in 2021.

ABOUT ME

Hello, I hope you’re good. 


As you can see my name is David Young and I am a Strength and Fitness coach but let me tell you a little bit more.. 

Over the last 4 years, I have worked with 100s of men and women to help them achieve amazing results both physically and mentally.


I am a results-driven coach that takes serious pride in getting my clients in the best possible shape; I understand that each of my clients' journey is different and I am a huge believer that there is no ‘one size fits all approach’ to coaching. 

I help break down the science of training along with nutrition which allows my clients to fully understand each step of their journey and the importance of having a full and nutritious diet without having to sacrifice the things they enjoy.
